Smart Ventilation: From Finding Problems to Being Found by Them
The vent is the first gate of greenhouse climate control. The 4G ventilator controller linked with environment meters turns ventilation from experience-based to data-driven.
Traditional greenhouse ventilation relies entirely on experience: climbing up to check temperature at dawn and opening vents by feel. Sudden heat spikes or cold snaps always catch growers half a step behind — late ventilation can scorch seedlings or cut yields.
The Liaoshang smart ventilation system consists of a 4G ventilator controller (220V/24V) and reel-motor sets: growers check greenhouse temperature in real time via APP; once thresholds are set, environment meters automatically open and close vents. A manual crank handles power outages, and dual-shaft mid-hung installation with knob-type mechanical limits ensures safety. Ventilation management shifts from "people finding problems" to "problems finding people".
